The Strategic Marine Alliance for Research and Training, a Marine Science and Technology Partnership Programme for the island of Ireland, provides Training Programmes in collaboration with the Marine Institute, for students of marine related sciences and technologies on research surveys on the national RVs, Celtic Explorer and RV Celtic Voyager.
