The International Ocean Institute (IOI) annual Training Programme on Regional Ocean Governance for the Mediterranean, Black, Baltic and Caspian Seas is a five-week residential programme offered by IOI Malta.
The training programme is accredit by the University of Malta and it focuses on:
- Global Ocean Governance Framework and Managing Our Relations with the Oceans;
- Managing Marine Space and its Potential as an Economic Resource - Project Study;
- Multilateral Diplomacy and International Rule-Making, and Regional Sea Governance Policy Simulation Exercise.
